Shipping Policy

Lethal Lashes ships orders to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business operations. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, inventory availability, holidays, and carrier schedules.

Once your order is packed and the shipping label is created, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Lethal Lashes is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, weather delays, customs delays, or other issues outside of our control.

Tracking will update as the package moves through each destination.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Lethal Lashes is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Local Pickup / Drop-Off

Lethal Lashes does not currently offer customer pickup.

All orders must be placed online and shipped unless otherwise arranged directly by our support team.

International Orders, Duties & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country.

These fees are not controlled by Lethal Lashes and are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
