Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. For the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products, Lethal Lashes does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items once an order has been placed.

Cancellations

• Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 25% processing fee.

• This fee covers non-refundable payment processor costs and the time spent preparing your order.

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Products

• No returns or refunds are available on any products, including adhesives, liquids, lashes, tweezers, tools, accessories, or training programs.

• Due to the sensitive nature of lash adhesives, liquids, and training kits, these items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Shipping & Customs

• Shipping fees, import duties, customs charges, and courier brokerage fees (such as UPS charges) are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

• If a package is refused or returned to us, no refund will be issued.

• Lethal Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier services.
