Due to the professional and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise approved by Lethal Lashes Customer Support.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Adhesives

• Liquids, primers, bonders, removers, and aftercare products

• Opened or used products

• Lash trays, tools, or accessories once opened

• Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items

• Digital products, online courses, and training materials once accessed

Adhesive Disclaimer

Lash adhesive performance depends on many factors, including storage, application method, client prep, aftercare, room conditions, and professional technique.

For this reason, adhesive purchases are final sale. Refunds are not issued for retention concerns, sensitivity reactions, improper storage, incorrect use, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the product

• A clear photo of the packaging

• A description of the issue

Approved replacements or resolutions are handled at the discretion of Lethal Lashes Customer Support.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package contents.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

If a return or replacement is approved, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been packed, processed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or a shipping label has been created, cancellation may no longer be available.

Training & Online Programs

Training deposits, course fees, online programs, digital downloads, and student resources are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once access has been provided to digital or online training materials, the purchase is final.

Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
